It was great to read this post. I developed shyness in my early teens after being an incredibly out going child. I realized it was because of the mental abuse from certain family members that caused me to develop an inferiority complex and become shy.

Over the course of my life, I have had the opportunity to watch a number of cousins and neighbor’s kids grow up. I have babysat many of them over the years, and it never fails to amaze me how some personality traits and characteristics are present at birth, while others pop up out of nowhere or slip into the past.

I used to be very shy as a child-I feel as if I got that hereditary, but one can easily overcome that as I did with motivation… Interesting article
