Great post, very complete weigh lose program tips. I agree by drinking water in the morning and eating slowly can lose our weigh. But, to be discipline is hard. I think we also need to control or eliminate our stress in order that we are always aware of our diet plan.

Water is so critical. I’ve been preaching that for a while. It is such a simple thing that is so often overlooked.
Nice tips. I find green tea is also a good choice for weight loss (increases metabolic rate and has other health benefits), but overall hydrate is important as you say. Find exercise which you enjoy is also a major factor - if you can exercise two or three times per week for 30-60 minutes it will be a very positive step. Swimming, Badminton, Tennis, etc.
I like to walk for an hour straight once a week. I usually walk to the bank or some place like that. I like to run once a week and then climb a mountain once a week. That helps keep the pounds off.
Top tips. One that has worked well for me is not going to the supermarket when I am hungry.

Thanks for the sharing. I personally do agree on your point here. My previous exercise is to take pills to loss weight. It is a two weeks program. I do slim down after the course but I back to the previous size very fast. I have fibroid in my body that is not good for my health after that. I am not sure whether this is because of the pills, but I will not take any weight loss pill start from that day.

Also, quite often people who have a sweet tooth enjoy chewing gum because it gives them that sweet sensation but without the calories they’d get if they were to endulge in candy. Any weight loss therefore is only because they’re swapping out eating food with the act of chewing.

A recent study showed that it doesn’t matter what kind of diet you’re on. They’re all the same - low-carb, high-carb, low-fat, high-fat, low-protein, high-protein. All that matters is the amount of calories consumed and burned. As long as that balance is maintained, you’ll be on your way to lose weight. Don’t waste time and energy deciding what kind of diet you should be on. Do the right thing and eat right - and don’t forget to exercise (at least 30 mins walking daily is good enough)

Nice post, a good wake up call for some people. I think that it is best to change the way you eat for the better permanently, incorporate it as a habit in your life rather than simply short-term dieting when you want to lose weight. However, too many times people look at one specific area of their body and only exercise that part. Great article! By following tips similar to yours, I was able to lose 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I consumed water religiously every single day, while avoiding any form of alcohol. I performed interval cardio via walking or jogging 30 - 40 mins 3 times a week. Lastly, when I ate my meals during the day, I ensured that my portions didn’t exceed the size of my fist, taking into account the actual size of our stomach. I feel so energized as a result of my new fitness regiment!
I find it really hard to lose weight. I then get frustrated when I have not lost any weight quickly and go back to eating junk food. About the 8 glass’s of water a day, are you allowed to put juice into it? I don’t think I could just drink the water, so bland.

I think that it’s easy to overlook the smallest things when trying to lose weight. The biggest benefits for me have come when I reduced my portion sizes (started eating 5 small meals/day) and quit drinking soft drinks. I exercise on a regular basis so my weight hasn’t been an issue since I committed to these 3 things. I think it’s easy to make weight loss seem impossible, when we refuse to give up the small things that are causing the problem in the first place!
..eat less, but frequently is a great way of dieting i think. youre not just losing weight but also.. you will not even get hungry.
