I am 24 and i live in USA 3 month and get 6 lb. I begin to control my weight. Now i visit gym 4 times in a week and eat carefully.

I have tried the patch and it did not work for me, although my friend has had some success with it. I have found what works for me, thank god because I was about to give up on trying.

I don´t believe that quick weight loss is any good. If you want to lose weight, control your lifestyle and drink a lot.

The weight lost patch, sounds interesting. We have to look at someone weighing 500 lbs or even 300 for the matter, this person is going to slap this patch on and get results. To me this plays with the psychi of people.

Lots of people are now trying Hoodia patches, but those are a waste of money, they don’t contain nearly enough the amount of active ingredient one needs.

Me and my friend have been using this product from http://www.stop-weight-now.com. As far as I remember, we started at the end of june (24th).
I was almost 78 kilos and now I am 71.6 :O
