Tennis plaza sounds like an interesting place to buy rackets at. Would there be a specific racket you would suggest for women? I don’t know the sport of tennis as well as I’d like. Thanks.

I love to play tennis. Ever since I had this as my PE sport in college, I really got hooked on it. Too bad, I didn’t try to really hone my skill on the sport and just play it for leisure. Surely, I will check on Tennis Plaza

And what if I don’t like tennis? In fact, I hate it… parents forced me to go to the tennis lessons, but I really don’t like tennis… It’s boooring. But if you are going to play it anyway (don’t! - it’s waste of time) you really should get recent racket, because there is very big difference between the cheapest and mid-priced ones - with good racket tennis is easier and more enjoyable.

Thanks for the link! Now that the winter is finally gone I was thinking about starting to move a bit more, I always gain some weight during the winter months. I’ve been wanting to get back to tennis for quite some time now, but hadn’t enough time to do it. In the mean time my dog ate my racket…. long story short, now I know where not to keep it ;) I’ve been looking for a new one and it seems this tennis plaza place you recommend might just be the place.

The best womens racket is the Head airflow series. The most popular racket out right now is the Babolat Aerodrive Cortex racket.

Spot on, tennis is such a great way to get in shape. It’s a shame it can only really be played outdoors in summer.

I think it’s a good way to exercise but I struggle finding the right friend to play with.. they are either too lazy and go once a year to shut me up or they can’t play for toffee.

Cranking up your favorite tunes and dancing to one or two of them is a great way to get in some exercise when you don’t have the time to visit the gym. It’s lots of fun and it get’s your heart pumping!

The best part is it doesn’t even feel like your exercising if you like to dance.
