Nice post, i think The race to fitness is on and a lot of people are getting into the band wagon. Some people do it to achieve a sexy body, some people just do it because they are embarrassed with the body they have now, while others do it simply to remain fit and heatlthy. As such, many fitness programs are out in the internet, in gyms, spas and fitness centers all over. Some are too expensive to afford that one may even lose weight just by trying to work out the money needed to pursue these fitness programs.
Good info. However, the important point for dieting is commitment and discipline.

this sounds very interesting. But, I the starvation mode can usually be avoided when one just excercises.
The 3-hour diet may work for some people, but the reality is that most people can’t eat every 3 hours - their schedules just won’t allow it, so they fail and eat more and get frustrated more.
I’ve noticed that the key for many typical guys/gals is to eat low fat foods and exercise more. Most diet programs simply revolve around this concept. Some make it easy by laying everything out, others make it complex and undoable by throwing too many complexities into the mix (like time restrictions).

I subscribe to a similar eating pattern to this, small portions often really works. It stops me snacking on unhealthy things and keeps me full throughout the day.
Is there any updated report about this dieting method? 3 hours diet seems to be the easiest diet, but how effective is it exactly?
3 hour dieting, what will they come up with next. There are a lot of different ways to loose weight but a 3 hour diet sounds funny.
great post. Starving yourself does not work over the long term so a blance must be struck. Some kind of exercise sounds go so I will have to try this out.
