		<description>I totally agree, diets should not just be a punishment for a few months to try and get rid of fat then go back to your normal eating habits. You should make a life style change, there is so much healthy food out there thats packed with flavor. Just stay away from fast food. Instead of going to Mcdonalds and buying a burger why not find a simple recipe and make your own, have it with a salad and make some potato wedges. Much taster</description>
