omega-3 fatty acids, from fish, are very important in weight loss as well as losing fats from the body. so, instead of having meat on your every meal, have fish.

Oftentimes, we tend to underestimate the importance of fish in our meal, but you must know that most of the good nutrients and oils are contained in fish.</description>

		<description>Great post.  Most people don&#039;t realize that it is ok to eat carbs, but you need to eat them at the right time.  Eat potatoes or pasta right before you do some exercise.  That way they are burned and not stored a fat.</description>
