Losing Weight Without Fasting, Whoa!
A diet program is a personal thing, and that includes losing weight without fasting. Even if it worked well for your best friend, a different program for losing weight may work better for you. Each person has a different metabolism, and as such, what works for one person may not work well for another.
Certainly, a fast is one of those things that can work for everyone if it is done properly. You also have to remember that, because you are not putting food in your mouth, your body’s metabolism will slow down, entering into “starvation” mode. Someone who already has a very slow metabolism may find that this slows his or her metabolism even more, though, at the same time the consumption of no food can help with the initial weight loss process.
