		<description>The biggest problem to overcome is mindset - I mean  you see guys on TV who weight 20 or 30 stone - they can hardly get out of their houses, but what&#039;s the common denominator?
They all say &#039;I&#039;ve gotta lose weight, it&#039;s killing me&#039; and then they get in their cars, go to the nearest burger place and ram as many burgers down their necks.
They will never lose weight because their mindset is all wrong.</description>

It comes down to simple commitment. The way I overcame my procrastination concerning workout/nutrition consistency was by understanding that I don&#039;t have to make daily decisions to workout. That decision was already made. 

Now, all I have to do is take it one day at a time. It also helps to get great coaching from a fitness pro. Once such &quot;pro&quot; is Tom Venuto. He has written a great e-book - Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. It&#039;s hefty, but packed with fitness information that works for all body types - endomorphs, mesomorphs and ectomorphs.
